Sessions are collaborative by nature, and outcomes depend on the willingness and openness of everyone involved. I bring my full presence, skill, and process to every session, and I'm committed to creating space for real repair and connection — but I cannot guarantee specific results, as that depends on the participants themselves. No Guarantee of Outcome. Client acknowledges that coaching and facilitated sessions involve interpersonal dynamics beyond the practitioner's control, and that results — including but not limited to emotional breakthroughs, relational repair, or resolution of conflict — cannot be guaranteed. The practitioner agrees to provide the agreed-upon time, professional skill, and good-faith effort for each session.

No Refunds. All session fees are final upon completion of the session. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with session content, outcomes, or the conduct of other participants during the session, provided the practitioner has delivered the session as scheduled and in good faith.

Right to Reschedule or Pause. The practitioner reserves the right to pause or offer to reschedule a session if it becomes apparent that a participant's emotional state may compromise the effectiveness of the work. Continuing the session after this offer constitutes acceptance of the session as delivered.

That last clause is the one built directly from what just happened to you. It puts in writing, ahead of time, exactly what you already do in practice — offering to reschedule when you sense trouble — and it makes clear that choosing to proceed anyway is the client's decision, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Multi-Participant Sessions. When a session involves more than one participant, each adult participant has the right to determine the topics they are willing to explore and the pace at which they engage. The practitioner will use professional judgment to guide the session toward genuine connection and repair, and reserves the right to redirect or decline specific topics requested by one participant if those topics compromise another adult participant's comfort, safety, or willingness to engage.
